General v 2.0 (updated August 3, 2026)

A) GENERAL
1. Do not upload my artwork to AI image generators or any AI-related tools.
2. Do not use my artwork for NFTs.
3. Do not claim, trace, modify, or heavily reference my work.
4. I only draw in my own artstyle.
5. Commission results are delivered as digital files only.
6. Please provide clear visual references. Unclear references may lead to flaws in your desired design.
7. I may decline your request if I find it uncomfortable or not possible for me to work on.B) TO BE CONSIDERED
1. I specialize in shounen/seinen, action, cool, and psychologically heavy themes. I don't take on heavy romance and/or sexual themes (including kissing, hugging with full-body contact, suggestive content, concept with innuendo implication in it, etc.) Hence I don't recommend my service for other themes outside my speciality.
2. I do not draw designs with revealing clothes that aim to expose the characters' sex appeal.
3. I do not draw fully anthropomorphic furry/kemono (except chibi).
4. I do not draw heavy mecha.
5. While I won't accept heavily suggestive design/concept, I might still tolerate lightly suggestive ones. Still, lightly suggestive content should be discussed beforehand (I may need to tone it down).
6. If a previously completed commission is later found to no longer align with my current ToS, I will remove it from my portfolio. This does not affect the delivered piece itself or the client's rights to it.C) PAYMENTS
1. For VGen and PayPal, full payment is required in advance due to how their payment systems work. For local payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, Gopay), a partial down payment [50% after the sketch, and 50% after the final piece] may be arranged instead.
2. I will move on to the next client if payment is delayed by more than 48 hours after you receive the payment notification from me or the corresponding platforms.
3. I may apply extra charge if the design is complex.D) REVISIONS
1. Maximum revision count is two.
2. Revisions can not be done after the Rendering stage.
3. There will be no revisions for the Surprise Me! option.E) DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
1. You can expect the completed commission to be delivered within 10-15 days after I begin working on it. It may take longer if the reference is complex.
2. Please stay updated by checking my social media platforms, where I will notify you of any delays.F) REFUNDS
No refunds. Hence, please think carefully before ordering.Note: If you have reached me but no response for over two weeks, please reach me through an emergency email mentioned in my main Carrd page.

A) UMUM
1. Tidak diperbolehkan mengunggah gambar saya untuk generasi gambar AI maupun keperluan lain yang berhubungan dengan AI.
2. Tidak diperbolehkan memakai gambar saya untuk NFT.
3. Tidak diperbolehkan mengklaim, menjiplak, memodifikasi, atau mengambil referensi berlebihan dari gambar saya.
4. Saya hanya menggambar dengan style gambar sendiri.
5. Hasil komisi hanya akan dikirim dalam bentuk file digital.
6. Mohon kirimkan referensi visual yang jelas. Referensi yang kurang jelas bisa berujung pada desain yang berbeda dari yang Anda harapkan.
7. Saya bisa menolak pesanan Anda apabila saya merasa tidak nyaman, atau tidak sanggup mengerjakannya.B) PERLU DIPERHATIKAN
1. Saya mengkhususkan diri untuk menggambar tema shounen/seinen, aksi, edgy, dan psikologis. Saya tidak menerima pesanan gambar bertema heavy romance dan/atau seksual (termasuk berciuman, berpelukan dengan kontak tubuh penuh, konten sugestif, konsep dengan implikasi innuendo, dll.) Maka, saya tidak merekomendasikan layanan komisi ini untuk tema-tema di luar spesialisasi saya.
2. Saya tidak menggambar desain dengan baju terbuka yang bertujuan untuk mengekspos daya tarik seksual karakter.
3. Saya tidak menggambar anthropomorphic furry/kemono penuh (kecuali chibi).
4. Saya tidak menggambar heavy mecha.
5. Saya tidak menerima desain/konsep yang terlalu sugestif, tapi mungkin masih menoleransi yang ringan. Walau begitu, konten sugestif ringan tetap harus didiskusikan sebelum memesan (mungkin beberapa hal perlu diubah agar lebih 'aman').
6. Apabila komisi yang sudah selesai ternyata tidak sesuai dengan ToS terbaru, saya akan memisahkannya dari portofolio. Tapi hal ini tidak akan mengubah gambar maupun hak client atas gambar itu.C) PEMBAYARAN
1. Untuk pembayaran lewat VGen dan PayPal, pembayaran penuh perlu dilakukan di awal dikarenakan kompleksitas sistemnya. Untuk pembayaran lokal (contoh, transfer bank dan Gopay), boleh pakai sistem DP [50% setelah sketch, dan 50% sisanya setelah render].
2. Saya akan berganti fokus ke client lain apabila saya belum menerima pembayaran lebih dari 48 jam setelah Anda menerima pemberitahuan dari saya atau platform terkait.
3. Saya mungkin akan menambah biaya apabila desainnya terlalu rumit.D) REVISI
1. Revisi maksimal dilakukan dua kali.
2. Revisi tidak bisa dilakukan setelah tahap Rendering.
3. Tidak ada revisi untuk opsi komisi Surprise Me!E) DEADLINE DAN PENGIRIMAN
1. Anda bisa berharap komisinya jadi dalam waktu 10-15 hari setelah saya mulai mengerjakan. Bisa jadi lebih lama apabila referensinya rumit.
2. Mohon terus pantau sosial media saya. Disana saya akan memberi tahu apabila ada keterlambatan.F) REFUND
